1. Scope of Services

• Our services include professional massage therapy, bodywork, energy work, and related wellness offerings as described on our website or promotional materials.

• Services are intended for relaxation, stress relief, and support of general well-being.

• Services do not replace medical treatment or advice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

2. Client Health & Disclosure

• Clients are required to provide accurate health information before each session.

• You must inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other concerns that may affect your session.

• The Practice reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if massage may be unsafe or contraindicated.

3. Professional Conduct

• All services are strictly professional and therapeutic.

• Any inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, or sexual in nature) will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment due, and potential refusal of future services.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time.

• Late arrivals: Sessions may be shortened or treated as a No-Show to avoid impacting other clients; the full session fee will apply.

  • 15 minutes or less; time will be cut in accordance with how late client arrives

  • More than 15 minutes late: Session will be treated as a No-Show, full session payment will be required.

• Cancellations/Reschedules: We require 48 hours notice for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for refund of the deposit.

• No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Accepted forms of payment: Exact cash, card, tap to pay, digital wallet

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All client information and session notes are strictly confidential, except as required by law.

• We will not release client records without written consent.

7. Minors

• Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present throughout the appointment and provide written consent.

• We do not accept clients under the age of 16.

8. Liability

• By receiving services, you acknowledge that massage may involve physical contact and carry minor risks such as temporary soreness or bruising.

• You release, hold harmless, and indemnify Ravens Aerie Spa and Metaphysical Services LLC and its practitioners from liability for any adverse effects, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of illness, intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conditions.

10. Agreement

• By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
